Practice Areas

I enjoy practicing a wide variety of law, and I have served clients with diverse needs.  I have helped people with all kinds of issues—from social security disability to probate law, from entity formation to personal injuries.  The common thread is that I am always helping individuals, as opposed to companies or governmental bodies.

I have focused on Family Law, Criminal Law, and Employment Law.  Divorce, custody, and child support issues—which are all part of Family Law—require individualized attention and constant communication.

Every criminal charge gets my full attention.  I won my first case at 17.  A police officer ticketed me, claiming that I caused a car accident.  Based on the evidence I worked hard to gather, the judge dismissed the ticket.  I work just as hard to clear my clients’ names.

If someone gave me a bad deal at work—if I worked in an agency and my boss discriminated against me or broke our agreement—I would do everything in my power to clear my name, restore my reputation, and get what I was entitled to.  I will do the same for you.
